TL;DR I had no reason not to post, so I did.

Late last year and early this, I rewrote and re-posted JaLF on HFY and Tumblr, mostly because I felt that it could use another pass as my skills increased. It did nominally well, especially for a repost and made me realize that I was sitting on manuscripts that weren't doing anything.

As I write more, I discover deeper and deeper parts of the "writing world" and realize that I want almost none of that smoke. I could get into marketing and posting on Instagram and Booktok and make Meta ads, etc, etc but...

I don't want to.

And crucially, I don't need to. I have a good job and a family to take care of. I can't risk it all, I'm not wired that way.

And so, instead of sitting on the manuscripts, I decided that some eyes are better than none eyes, and I've re-uploaded JaLF to Royal Road, and moved Spear there as well. I'll add Concurrency Point as well, as I just got the cover back (and it's awesome, I can't wait to show you)

If you're a current reader, you won't miss anything with my latest fiction, that's still being posted, though I may move it to RR just for continuity sake.
